Hyderabad: Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Chandrababu Naidu publicly apologised to a common man from Chittoor district for causing inconvenience to him after the roads were blocked due to movement of CM’s convoy in the area.
Naveen, the affected man, confronted Naidu when he was hearing grievances from the local people at his native Naravaripalle village.
"I had to walk for nearly 2.5 hours to reach my village. The roads leading to the village were completely blocked. This is happening for the first time, but is this the way?” the angry citizen was seen shouting at Chandrababu Naidu.
Realising the mistake of the local administration, the CM apologised and said, "I am Sorry, this will not happen again."
The CM’s response surprised everyone present there and they could be seen applauding him for this gesture.
