Chop the onions and garlic and mix it with hibiscus petals. It will be followed by the inclusion of curd in the mixture. Now take a pan and pour some oil in it. Add the mustard seeds to the oil after it becomes hot. Make sure the flame is medium to avoid the popping of seeds and oil from the pan. After frying it for some time, add the seeds to the mixture of hibiscus and curd. Stir the pot with a spoon. You can also add salt as per your taste if required. You can eat it with dosa and other dishes.
