Contract Lecturers demand better deal

VIJAYAWADA: The State Government Contract Lecturers Association submitted a memorandum to secondary education minister Kolusu Parthasarathi on Sunday seeking job security and payment of DA to them. The other demands of the association include regular payment of salaries, EPF, health card and other service benefits.Accepting the memorandum submitted by the association president K Nageswara Rao and general secretary K Suresh, he promised to look into their demands sympathetically. The minister also assured that he would take their problems to the notice of chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and strive to get them solved.
