Complaint Filed Against Singer Abhijeet For Foul Language on Twitter
When Swati Chaturvedi objected to Abhijeet's tweet, the singer allegedly used foul and obscene language to silence her.

A complaint was filed by former journalist Swati Chaturvedi against singer Abhijeet on Sunday for using foul and obscene language against her on Twitter.

The argument started after Abhijeet gave a communal spin to the Chennai techie murder case and tweeted "Hindu parents wants justice for Swati (Infosys girl who was murdered)/ revenge for our child who was butchered for love jihad."

When Swati Chaturvedi objected to Abhijeet's tweet, the singer allegedly used foul and obscene language to silence her.

Interestingly, Swati Chaturvedi is reported to have hit back at her critics with a flurry of cuss words after which she gave a formal complaint.

In her complaint given to Delhi Police Swati has asked for a zero FIR against Abhijeet and transfer it to the Mumbai police.

She was also approached by Mumbai police on Twitter and was asked to submit her complaint.

Reacting to the complaint on Monday, Abhijeet said that if he had written the words in English it wouldn't have been a problem.

He also said that the issue isn't over yet and he will take care of the trolls later.

What's your reaction?
