Bombay High Court asked Maharashtra Government why no FIR was filed in the case.
Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Tuesday pulled up Maharashtra Govt over the Adarsh Housing Society scam. The court asked Maharashtra Government the reason as to why no FIR was filed in the case so far except for the one in connection to the missing papers of the Adarsh scam.
The Bombay High Court said that there is clear cut manipulation by the collector, revenue department.
The High Court asked the Maharashtra Government to tell what action will be taken and by when. The court however, did not name any official in specific.
The fallout came following a petition filed by Adarsh Housing Society for the cancellation of removal of water supply and electricity supply from the Adarsh Housing Society land.
