Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s highly-anticipated film Pushpa: The Rule will be released on the big screens on August 15, 2024. The makers have gone all out to make a sequel that promises to be a massive entertainer. Now, the music composer of this film, Devi Sri Prasad, has revealed some interesting details.
Prasad said that Arjun’s performance as Gangamma Talli in a Jatara sequence serves as the film’s highlight and is sure to impress everyone. He added that the screenplay and scenes of Pushpa: The Rule will keep the audience on the edge of their seats. The music composer further said that the way the scenes unfold in the movie would send chills down anyone’s spine. As per him, the music will captivate the audience, and deliver a powerful impact at the interval.
Other intriguing reports related to this film have also circulated on social media. According to the reports, Tamil superstar Suriya will essay a cameo role in Pushpa 2. As of now, there is no information about the cameo role but it has surely made Suriya’s fans curious and excited. Suriya has not made any official confirmation regarding his role in Pushpa 2.
There are reports that a third instalment would be made for Pushpa as well. As per reports, this part will go on floors in 2025 and its storyline has been penned as well. Pushpa 2’s ending will be done in such a manner that it will pave the way for the third part of the franchise.
Pushpa: The Rise was released in December 2021 and was a raging hit. It became a success not only in the Telugu-speaking regions but across other parts of India. An action drama, Pushpa’s first part dealt with the plot of red sandalwood smuggling. The film raked in a massive over Rs 100 crore in Hindi belt alone. Not just that, Arjun even bagged the prestigious National Award for his acting prowess in Pushpa. Allu Arjun made history with the win and became the first Telugu actor to bring home the National Award for Best Acting. Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Rao Ramesh, and others have also acted in this movie.
