'Parties With Actresses But Doesn't Invite Me': Mansoor Ali Khan On Chiranjeevi Amid Misogyny Row

After Trisha called out actor Mansoor Ali Khan for his derogatory remarks about her, several celebrities showed their support for the actress. Telugu star Chiranjeevi also supported the actress and said that Mansoor’s words are ‘reprehensible’ and shared a tweet regarding this on his official Twitter handle. Meanwhile, in reply to the comments, actor Mansoor Ali has dropped a video that is currently going viral.

In the clip, actor Mansoor Ali Khan is seen saying that he is suing actress and politician Kushboo, Trisha, and Chiranjeevi for defamation. He also announced that a case is being filed in court in this regard, and notices will be issued to these three. He further made controversial comments about Chiranjeevi. He said Chiranjeevi parties with heroines every year. I also acted with him, but he never called me. Mansoor criticized the fact that he only calls the actress. After this clip was shared, Chiranjeevi fans were firing on him. A video is currently going viral on social media.

The video was shared on Tuesday and has since garnered 285.3K views.

However, earlier, Chiranjeevi shared a post on X that read, “My attention was drawn to some reprehensible comments made by actor Mansoor Ali Khan about Trisha. The comments are distasteful and disgusting, not just for an artist but for any woman or girl. These comments must be condemned in the strongest words. They reek of perversion. I stand with Trisha and every woman who has to be subject to such horrid comments.”

After this, Trisha replied to the Bholaa Shankar actor by writing, “Thank you, Chiru sir.” Not only Chiranjeevi but director Lokesh Kanagaraj also called out Mansoor Ali Khan. He wrote, “I was disheartened and enraged to hear the misogynistic comments made by Mr. Mansoor Ali Khan, as earlier we all worked on the same team. Respect for women, fellow artists, and professionals should be non-negotiable in any industry, and I condemn this behaviour.” Notably, Mansoor Ali Khan was a part of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s last venture, Leo.
