The movie has witnessed strong advance bookings, leading to a ticket price increase in AP & Nizam. There are expectations that the film may achieve a Rs 40 Cr share in the Telugu States on its opening day, along with a projected $1.5 Million (around Rs 12.5 crore) from the premieres in the USA.

The Telangana Home Department has modified film ticket prices for Guntur Kaaram, introducing new rates of Rs 240 for single screens (Rs 175 regular price + Rs 65 increase) and Rs 395 for multiplexes (Rs 295 regular price + Rs 100 increase). Additionally, special show permissions have been granted, including a 4:00 am show from January 12 to 18 and a benefit show at 1:00 am on the release day in 23 theatres, such as Nexus Mall in Kukatpally and AMB Cinemas in Gachibowli.
