Maaye Chesi, First Single From Nandamuri Kalyan Ram-starrer Devil, Out

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is all set to deliver another captivating performance with his upcoming film titled Devil. It will portray the main character as a British Secret Agent. Recently, the makers of the film released the teaser, resulting in heightened excitement among fans. In order to keep the excitement intact, the first single of the film titled Maaye Chesi has also been dropped by the makers.

The much-anticipated single Maaye Chesi is crooned by the esteemed singer, Sid Sriram. The lyrics of the soulful track have been crafted by Satya RV. He has crafted the lyrics in such a way that it resonates deeply with the audience. Composed by Harshavardhan Rameshwar, Maaye Chesi is a catchy chart-topper that is sure to make it to everyone’s playlist.

Enhancing the meaning and beauty of the song is the chemistry between Kalyan Ram and Samyuktha Menon who look fantastic as they captivate the audience with their impactful presence in the song.

Devil has been produced and directed under the guidance of Abhishek Nama, as part of the Abhishek Pictures banner. Srikanth Vissa is accredited for the movie’s storyline, screenplay and dialogues.

Devil’s backdrop has been set against the pre-independence era. Looking at the set design and the making of the film, it can be said that it required a hefty amount of money for its completion. The first look poster of the film Devil was unveiled in 2021. This will be Kalyan’s next project after he gave one of the biggest hits of Telugu cinema last year- Bimbisara. Samyuktha Menon is playing the female protagonist in the film. She was last seen in Virupaksha. Devil will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada on November 24.

Meanwhile, rumours circulated that there are some creative disagreements arising between director Naveen Medaram and the producer of the film. The rift between them resulted in Naveen’s unexpected departure from the project and Abhishek’s entry as a replacement. While initial posters had no mention of Abhishek’s name. the poster released recently explicitly mentioned Abhishek Nama as both the producer and director of the film.
