This news has further elevated the buzz surrounding the film. Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty also stars Naveen Polishetty in the lead role. The film’s trailer was released on Monday. The film is directed by Mahesh Babu P. It is a romantic comedy, in which the character of Anushka – who is a professional chef – is looking for a suitable man to marry. Naveen portrays the character of a laid-back comedian. According to the trailer, Anushka’s character Anvitha does not believe in relationships but wants a marriage to have a child.
Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty also includes Murali Sharma and Jayasudha in supporting roles. The film is produced by Vamsi-Pramod, under UV Creations. The music is given by Radhan. It is set to release on September 7, during the festival of Janmashtami. The film is released in multiple languages like Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
Anushka Shetty made her debut with the Telugu film Super in 2005, alongside Nagarjuna. She debuted in the Tamil film industry with the 2006 film Rendu, in which she was seen with R Madhavan.
