Manjusha Rampalli was born in Hyderabad, Telangana. She initially started her career with modelling and then transitioned to a full-time job as a TV anchor. She has worked for numerous prominent television networks and has hosted Telugu TV programs and online shows. She started her acting career in 2006 with the Telugu film Rakhi. In the film, she played Gayathri, Jr. NTR’s sister. The movie was directed by Krishna Vamsi, under the banner of Sri Durga Arts. The film also starred Ileana D’Cruz, Charmy Kaur, and Suhasini Maniratnam in pivotal roles.
