Why is Fitbit not showing my Sleep Score?
Sleep position and software bugs can affect your Sleep Score. If your Fitbit app isn't showing your sleep stats, you may be wearing your device too loosely. If you see the hours slept, but not the score, this could be due to a sync issue. Keep in mind that Fitbit won't give you a Sleep Score if the reading is less than 3 hours or if your battery is low. To get your Sleep Score working again, follow the troubleshooting steps in the next section.
Troubleshooting
Wear the Fitbit properly. If the Fitbit is too loose on your wrist, it won't be able to get a consistent heart-rate reading. For optimal results, wear your Fitbit about 2-3 finger-widths above your wrist bone. Secure the band in a way that is secure without being too tight.
Restart the app. In some cases, a simple restart can fix any errors. Swipe up from the bottom (or double-press the Home button), and then swipe up on the app to close it. Launch Fitbit again.
Update the Fitbit app. If you don't have automatic updates turned on, you may have missed a recent update. These provide common software fixes.
Update your Fitbit device. Your Fitbit's firmware needs to be updated regularly to continue working properly. Do the following: Charge your Fitbit and keep it nearby. Open the Fitbit app. Tap Today. Tap Devices. Tap your device. Tap Update.
Resync your device. It may take a few tries to properly sync your Fitbit to your iPhone or iPad, especially if it's been some time since the last sync. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Open the Fitbit app. Swipe down on the dashboard and hold. Then, release. Wait for your device to sync.
Charge your Fitbit fully. Your device may struggle to sync properly if the battery is low. Make sure it's fully charged before trying to sync again. Use a microfiber cloth to gently clean the charging pins on the back of the watch.
Reinstall the app. Delete the Fitbit app from your device, and then reinstall it again from the App Store.
