Go to https://www.adobe.com/go/account in a web browser. You can use any web browser for Windows or macOS to cancel your Adobe subscription.
Sign in to your Adobe account. Enter your Adobe username and password, then click Sign in. If you created your account with Facebook or Google, click the appropriate button at the bottom of the page, then sign in as directed.
Click Manage plan under the plan you want to cancel. Your plans are listed under the “Plans & Products” header near the top-left corner of the page.
Click Cancel plan. It’s under the “Plan details” header.
Provide a reason for canceling. This is to help Adobe improve their products.
Click Continue to cancel plan. A confirmation message will appear.
Confirm that you want to cancel your plan. The steps may vary depending on the product. Once you confirm, your subscription will be canceled.
