Clearing the Roblox Cache on Windows
Press ⊞ Win+R on your keyboard. This will pull up the Run dialog window.
Type %Temp%\Roblox. Press ↵ Enter to run the command.
Press Ctrl+A to highlight everything. Since this is the Temp folder, all of the files in this folder can be deleted.
Delete the files. You can do this by right-clicking the files and selecting Delete.
Clearing the Roblox Cache on Mac
Open the Finder. If you play Roblox on Mac, you can find the Roblox cache in your Caches folder.
Click Go > Go to Folder. The Go button is in the bar at the top of your screen.
Type ~/Library/Caches. Press ⏎ Return to enter the command and go to that folder location.
Find and open the "com.roblox.roblox" folder. You may have to scroll to find it.
Press ⌘ Command+A. This will select everything inside the folder.
Delete all the files. You can do this easily by pressing the Del key on your keyboard.
Clearing the Roblox Cache on Android
Open your Settings app. On Android phones, you can easily clear the Roblox app cache from your phone settings.
Open the apps menu. Go to Apps, Apps and notifications, or Application Manager. The wording may vary depending on what model of Android phone you have.
Scroll until you find Roblox. Tap on it to select it.
Tap Storage > Clear cache. Once the cache is clear, exit your Settings app.
Clearing the Roblox Cache on iOS
Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. There is no way to directly clear the Roblox cache on iOS, but one workaround is to offload the app and then reinstall it.
Tap on Roblox. You may have to scroll to find this option.
Tap Offload App. This will delete the app itself, but your data will be retained.
Reinstall Roblox. Go to the App Store and search for "Roblox," then reinstall the app. All of your data will be retained, but the app's cache will be clear.
