What's At Stake in Final Round of European Football Leagues
Here's what at stake in Spain, England, Italy and other top-flight leagues across Europe.

London: It's the final round of games in Europe's top football leagues this weekend. Here's a look at what's at stake:

SPAIN

TITLE: Barcelona are one point ahead of Real Madrid heading into Saturday's final round. The Catalan club holds the head-to-head tiebreaker and can secure its second consecutive title with a win at Granada. Madrid play at Deportivo La Coruna needing to win and hoping for Barcelona to draw or lose.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and fourth-place Villarreal have already qualified.

EUROPA LEAGUE: Fifth-place Celta Vigo and sixth-place Athletic Bilbao have already qualified.

RELEGATION: Levante have already been demoted, and Sporting Gijon, Getafe and Rayo Vallecano are fighting to escape relegation in the final round. Getafe and Sporting have 36 points each, with Rayo one point behind. The bottom three will play in the second division.

ENGLAND

TITLE: Leicester City have already clinched their first-ever top-flight title, at pre-season odds of 5000-1.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Tottenham and Arsenal are guaranteed top-four finishes. Fourth place and a place in the Champion League playoffs is set to go to either Manchester City or Manchester United. City occupy fourth place, two points ahead of fifth-place United and with a far superior goal difference. City, therefore, only need a point at Swansea while United are at home against Bournemouth.

EUROPA LEAGUE: There are two berths available from the Premier League, possibly three if Manchester United win the FA Cup and finish in the top six. Man City have 65 points, followed by Man United with 63, West Ham with 62, Southampton with 60 and Liverpool with 59. West Ham are at Stoke, Southampton host Palace and Liverpool visit West Bromwich Albion.

RELEGATION: Aston Villa, Newcastle and Norwich have been relegated.

ITALY

TITLE: Juventus have already clinched the title.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Juventus qualified; Napoli and Roma fighting for second and the other direct entry, with the third-place club entering the final round of playoffs.

EUROPA LEAGUE: Inter Milan and Fiorentina have already qualified. AC Milan can also qualify by beating Juventus in the Italian Cup final. If Juventus win the cup, the sixth-place finisher will also qualify for the Europa League. Sassuolo and Milan are battling for the sixth place.

RELEGATION: Frosinone and Hellas Verona have already been relegated. Palermo and Carpi are hoping to avoid the other drop spot.

GERMANY

TITLE: Bayern Munich have already clinched an unprecedented fourth straight title.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen have already qualified. Borussia Moenchengladbach is all but sure to play Champions League qualifying.

EUROPA LEAGUE: Mainz, Hertha Berlin and Schalke are all in the running for two Europa League places. Mainz play Hertha, while Schalke are at Hoffenheim. All three can tie with Moenchengladbach on points, but Moenchengladbach have a far superior goal difference. One of the three — Mainz, Hertha or Schalke — will go to Europa League qualifying.

RELEGATION: Hannover have been relegated. Three clubs are still in danger — Eintracht Frankfurt, Werder Bremen and Stuttgart. Stuttgart are two points behind Bremen and in the worst situation of the three. They play in Wolfsburg. Frankfurt need a point in Bremen to leave all worries behind. Stuttgart must win big in Wolfsburg and hope for either Frankfurt or Bremen to win big as well to have a chance of finishing 16th, which means a two-leg playoff against the third-place team from the second division (Nuremberg).

FRANCE

TITLE: Paris Saint-Germain already clinched their fourth consecutive league title in record time — with eight matches to spare.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Lyon virtually secured the second automatic spot for the Champions League after thrashing Monaco 6-1 last weekend. Lyon are three points ahead of Monaco heading into the final game of the season and have a far better goal difference (plus 27 against plus 5). With the third-place team entering the Champions League playoffs, Monaco now need to keep their two-point lead over Nice on Saturday. Monaco host Montpellier and Nice travel to Guingamp.

EUROPA LEAGUE: Nice are guaranteed to qualify. Saint-Etienne and Nice also are in contention.

RELEGATION: Troyes are down. Toulouse, Ajaccio and Reims are still fighting for their survival.

PORTUGAL

TITLE: Benfica have a two-point lead over crosstown rival Sporting Lisbon going into Sunday's final round. Benfica are aiming for a third straight title. Sporting haven't won the trophy since the 2001-02 season.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: Benfica and Sporting Lisbon will go directly into the competition, with third-place FC Porto going into the third qualifying round.

EUROPA LEAGUE: Arouca and Braga have qualified. Pacos de Ferreira, Estoril and Rio Ave are fighting for the third berth.

RELEGATION: Academica are relegated. Tondela, Uniao da Madeira and Setubal are trying to avoid becoming the other club to go down.
