The recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 54 posts for Information Technology Executives in the India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB).

The online registration process has already started on May 4, and applications for these posts can be made till May 24. The India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB) invited applications for the posts of Executive (Associate Consultant), Executive (Consultant), and Executive (Senior Consultant) in Payment Application Support. Similarly, there will be recruitment for Executive (Associate Consultant), Executive (Consultant) in IT Support. There is recruitment of Executive (Senior Consultant) under Car Insurance Solution. There is also a vacancy for Executive (Senior Consultant) under Data Governance/Database Monitoring. Similarly, the job of DC Manager Executive (Senior Consultant) has also come out. Recruitment is also done for the post of Executive (Senior Consultant) under Channels Lead.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age limit: The age limit of the candidates for Executive (Associate Consultant) must be between 22 to 30 years as on April 1, 2024. People between 22 to 40 years of age can apply for the post of Executive (Consultant). Candidates between 22 years to 45 years old can also apply for the post of Executive (Senior Consultant). Candidates in the reserved category are eligible for upper age limit relaxations.
Educational qualifications – The candidate must have passed BE/BTech or MCA in Computer Science/Information Technology.
Application Fee:
The applicants from SC/ST/PWD categories have to pay Rs 150, whereas, others have to pay an application fee of Rs 750.
Selection Procedure:
The special thing about these recruitments in The India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB) is that the candidates will not have to give any written examination. Selection on all these posts will be based on interview, however, the Bank reserves the right to make changes in it and organise group discussion or online test. All these recruitments will be on three-year contracts.
Salary:
If you are selected as an Executive (Associate Consultant) in The India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB), you will get an annual package of Rs 10 lakh. Similarly, an Executive (Consultant) will get a package of Rs 15 lakh. Executive (Senior Consultant) will get Rs 25 lakh annually as salary. The selected candidate may be offered a hike up to 30 percent on their last drawn CTC subject to suitability, skill set and experience.
