CTET Provisional Answer Key 2024 Expected Soon, Check Latest Update
The last time the exam was held by the CBSE was on January 21 and the provisional answer key was released on February 7. Therefore, as per previous trends the CTET answer key of the July exam is expected to be released soon

The Central Board of Secondary Education is expected to release the provisional answer key of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 soon along with question papers and response sheets. Candidates who have appeared for this exam can download the answer key by visiting the official website of CTET, ctet.nic.in. The exam was conducted on July 7 at examination centres located in 136 cities across the country.

The exam was conducted in two shifts. Paper 2 was from 9:30 am to noon and Paper 1 was from 2 pm to 4:30 pm. The last time the exam was held by the CBSE was on January 21 and the provisional answer key was released on February 7. Therefore, the answer key of the July exam is expected to be released soon. After the release of the answer key, if there are any mistakes, objections can be filed by paying a fee of Rs 1,000.

All candidates will get the marksheet of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and the eligibility certificate in digital format in their DigiLocker account. The marksheets and certificates will be digitally signed and legally valid as per the IT Act. The marksheets and certificates will also have an encrypted QR code to enhance security, which can be scanned and verified using the DigiLocker mobile app.

Meanwhile, earlier this month, the Bihar Police arrested 12 people, including two women, for allegedly appearing in the CTET 2-24 and solving the exam on behalf of other candidates at various examination centres in Darbhanga district, police told PTI. On July 8, Darbhanga SSP Jagunath Reddy said that the impersonation was detected through biometric fingerprint scans of candidates at the examination centres. “Nine arrests were made from different centres under Laheriasarai police station’s jurisdiction, while two were apprehended from a centre under Sadar police station, and one person was arrested from a centre under Bahadurpur police station.”
