Actress Babilona's Brother Found Dead At His Apartment Under Mysterious Circumstances

Tamil actress Babilona, known for her work in films like Sastra, Level Cross and others, is in the headlines today because of her brother Vignesh Kumar also known as Vicky’s death. The cause of his death has not been identified yet. According to reports, Vignesh, aged 40, was living alone in an apartment on 8th Street, Dasaratha Puram, a sub-locality in Saligramam in Chennai.

One of his friends visited the house recently as he had not replied to the calls since morning. His friend told the media that the door of Vignesh’s house was jammed inward and he did not open it despite him knocking for a long time. This made him suspicious and he immediately informed the Virugambakkam Police Station.

The police rushed to the spot, broke open the door and went inside to find Vignesh’s dead body in his bedroom. The police sent the body to a government hospital in Kilpakkam village, located in Arakonam taluka of Vellore district in Tamil Nadu, for post-mortem.

Vignesh had been living alone in this apartment for the past several years and a lot of empty liquor bottles have reportedly been recovered from his home. The police are investigating whether Vignesh died due to alcohol addiction or any other reason.

As of now, according to reports, the first phase of the investigation has been completed. It has been revealed that Vignesh has an extensive criminal track record at the police station. He has been charged guilty of many crimes, arrested and imprisoned for having problems with movie celebrities.

According to the police, the reason for his death will be revealed only after the autopsy report. Meanwhile, Vignesh’s mother Maya has complained to the police station, raising suspicions about her son’s death. A case has been registered under the division that looks after the suspicious deaths and the investigation is underway. According to reports, there are also doubts that someone could have murdered him due to a previous enmity.

Reportedly, Vicky was arrested by the police some time back while they were patrolling in Valasaravakkam, Chennai. He was arrested for creating disturbance under the influence of alcohol.
