Wipro Q3 Dividend: IT major Wipro on Friday announced an interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity share. The record date has been fixed at January 24, while the payment will be made on or before February 10.
“Payment of interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity share of par value Rs 2 each to the members of the company as on January 24, 2024, being the record date. The payment of interim dividend will be made on or before February 10, 2024,” Wipro said in a BSE filing.
The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 2,694 crore for the December 2023 quarter, nearly 12 per cent decline as against last year. Its consolidated revenue during October-December 2023 declined 4.4 per cent to Rs 22,205 crore.
