Phase II Project Route stretch from Charkop to Bandra to Mankhurd and was estimated to cost Rupees 6,192 crore.
Among the pre-qualified bidders were L&T Consortium, RIL Consortium, Tata Power Consortium, GVK Consortium, Essar Consortium, IL&FS~Consortium.
