Deepika Padukone is one of the most successful actresses in Bollywood today. Her acting prowess is not only well-known in Bollywood but also in Hollywood, thanks to projects like XXX: Return of Xander Cage with Vin Diesel. Seems like Deepika has bagged another Hollywood project, the third season of the superhit show White Lotus.

Rumours are rife that Deepika will appear in the third season of the popular show White Lotus. Amid this, a screenshot emerged on Reddit, featuring her mother-in-law Anju Bhavnani’s X (formerly Twitter) account. The account had liked three posts about Deepika’s rumoured appearance on the show. The post quickly went viral on the microblogging site.

One person wrote, “I’m happy for her if it’s true!.”Another added, “My takeaway is how supportive her MIL is. Not everyone is lucky to get such in-laws.” One person commented, “Could it be true then? She could have a tiny role?” Another added, “Why is she only acting in ‘tiny roles’ or cameos? She is such a good actress and I would love to see more of her on-screen acting.”

While Deepika and her team are yet to issue an official statement, the actress will soon be seen in Siddharth Anand’s Fighter, opposite Hrithik Roshan. Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone play Airforce Officers in Siddharth Anand’s aerial action film. The film promises to bring a power-packed action spectacle that has never been seen before on the big screen. The trailer features Top Gun-style action with Deepika and Hrithik in their aircrafts.

The buzz around the film is high as people are excited to watch Hrithik and Deepika’s chemistry unfold on screen for the first time. The film also stars Anil Kapoor, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Karan Singh Grover in key roles. It is scheduled to be released on January 25, 2024.
