Ananya Panday’s rumoured relationship with Aditya Roy Kapur often hits headlines. Recently, in a new interview, Ananya just clarified that she ‘isn’t just friends’ with Aditya.

In an interview with Neha Dhupia on her talk show No Filter Neha, the latter asked Ananya Panday about her dating status with Aditya Roy Kapur, when she stated, that she and Aditya Roy Kapur have been just friends, and talking. Ananya then clarified, “I didn’t say we are just friends. You said, you are talking..” Neha was left in splits, with her response.

Ananya and Aditya were rumoured to have been dating for a while now. It started after Ananya appeared on Koffee With Karan 7 last year. The actress was talking about relationships when Karan Johar dropped a hint that she and Aditya could be together. Earlier this year, Ananya and Aditya enjoyed a romantic getaway in Europe. Before that, Ananya and Aditya attended an Arctic Monkeys concert together in Madrid.

Earlier in an interview with PTI, the actress opened up about social media and the constant attention on her personal life when she mentioned that believes in keeping things private. She shared, “There has always been curiosity about an actor’s personal life, which can get tough, according to Panday. “I’m a believer in keeping things private and special because you are dealing with relationships like any normal person. You are feeling it out with the person that you are with and so sometimes it feels unfair and little personal to put those things out.”
