Oben Electric, the electric motorcycle brand, is speeding up its expansion across India.
They’re heading to big cities like Delhi, Pune, and Kerala, while also boosting their presence in Bengaluru. Their goal is to open 50 new showrooms and service centers in 12 major Indian cities by the end of this year.
In Delhi, one can find Oben Electric’s new showroom situated in Pitampura, while in Pune, it is located within the Wakad area. In Kerala, the company has established shop in both Kochi and Trivandrum. Bengaluru also boasts new locations in Banashankari, Rajajinagar, and Electronic City, complementing their existing center in HSR Layout. Collectively, the company has expanded its presence with a total of 8 showrooms across these significant locales, solidifying its presence in the market.
Oben Electric’s star player, the Oben Rorr electric motorcycle, is driving this expansion. It’s known as one of India’s safest electric bikes, packing an 8 kW motor that can go from 0-40 kmph in just 3 seconds and hit a top speed of 100 kmph. With a certified range of 187 km and special battery tech for longer life and better heat resistance, it’s setting new standards in India’s electric bike scene.
