GM India has silently launched the refreshed Chevrolet Cruze via its official Facebook and website at Rs 13.75 lakh, ex-Delhi. Talks about the Cruze facelift and its impending launch were the headlines sometimes back.
Though it is not surprising to note that GM India chose to go the 'soft launch' way for this model. Ever since the Tavera fiasco, GM has been only updating its products silently, more noticeably of the Beat on July 11 this year.
Over to the new Cruze then. The car gets new bumpers and an aggressive looking spoiler in the front. The 16-inch alloy wheels are also new. These sums up the changes on the exterior. Inside the cabin, nothing has changed though and the Cruze still comes with the all-black interiors and a sunroof.
GM is offering four airbags and ABS with the Cruze. Powering the car is the familiar 166PS/380Nm 2.0-litre VCDi engine which can be ordered with either a 6-speed manual or automatic trannies.
