“A patron tells me: ‘It was all very low-key, with no great fanfare. He just walked in and through the pub. He appeared to be with Carole Middleton’” he wrote for the Daily Mail in his column for the newspaper on Wednesday.
Carole Middleton, Prince William’s mother-in-law, is said to have been staying with the couple over Easter. In a separate column, Eden praised Kate Middleton’s parents Carole Middleton and Michael Middleton for the ‘heroic support’ of William and Kate Middleton as Kate battles cancer.

Michael and Carole have been living with the Prince and Princess of Wales at Anmer Hall, their retreat on the Sandringham Estate.
“Not only can they help look after the children, George, ten, Charlotte, eight, and Louis, five, but they will doubtless provide personal reassurance for their daughter. Catherine’s parents are just as important to the future of the Monarchy as the Windsors themselves – and, I believe, deserve some formal recognition for their work,” he further added.
Meanwhile, Prince William and his ten-year-old son Prince George were seen spending quality father-son bonding time at the Europa Conference League game between Aston Villa and French side Lille on Thursday (local time) in London’s Villa Park stadium.
Prince William is an avid fan of the London side and cheered on as the team defeated its French opponents in 2-1 win in the first leg of the tie.
