Dozens of sealed court documents tied to Jeffrey Epstein were publicly released on Wednesday (local time). The court is releasing more records from a lawsuit filed against sexual offender Jeffrey Epstein in 2015. These documents are part of a 2015 lawsuit filed against Ghislaine Maxwell who was prosecuted for helping recruit Epstein’s underage victims. She was convicted in 2021 and is serving a 20-year prison term.
Epstein was charged in 2019 with sex trafficking and killed himself in jail while awaiting trial.
Giuffre is one of the dozens of women who sued Epstein saying he had abused them at his homes in Florida, New York, the US Virgin Islands and New Mexico.
The US district judge Loretta Preska said that there was no legal basis for maintaining confidentiality regarding the names of individuals, including prominent figures such as Britain’s Prince Andrew and former president Bill Clinton because much of the information within them is already public.
The people named in the records include many of Epstein’s accusers, members of his staff who told their stories to tabloid newspapers, people who served as witnesses at Maxwell’s trial, people who were mentioned in passing during depositions but aren’t accused of anything salacious, and people who investigated Epstein, including prosecutors, a journalist and a police detective, news agency Associated Press said.

Bill Clinton who is referred to as “Doe 36" in court documents is mentioned at least 50 times in the sealed records. Clinton denied visiting the island in the US Virgin Islands, which has been referred to as Epstein’s Island since the scandal unfolded, but Giuffre claims he saw him with two young women there. Giufrre has not accused Clinton.
Flight records show that Epstein’s plane was used by Clinton after his presidential tenure and he visited places like Paris, Bangkok, and Brunei.
Another victim Johanna Sjoberg said that Epstein once told her that Bill Clinton “likes them young" referring to girls. Bill Clinton’s presidency was tainted due to his affair with a 22-year-old White House intern.

A report by Irish News from 2015 revealed that Jeffrey Epstein asked Ghislaine Maxwell in an email to offer a reward to anyone discrediting Virginia Giuffre’s claims about Professor Stephen Hawking’s involvement in an ‘underage orgy’. “You can issue a reward to any of Virginia’s friends, acquaintances, and family that come forward and help prove her allegations are false. The strongest is the Clinton dinner, and the new version in the Virgin Islands that Stephen Hawking participated in an underage orgy," the email read.
In 2015, photos emerged showing Stephen Hawking on Jeffrey Epstein’s private Caribbean island before Epstein’s initial charges in 2006. The images depicted Hawking at a barbecue on Little St James and participating in a boat cruise and submarine tour.
The Cambridge professor was one of 21 internationally-renowned scientists attending a conference on gravity in March 2006, which was funded by Epstein. He passed away in 2018 aged 76 due to complications arising from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, a condition which slowly paralysed him.

Giuffre claimed that she was trafficked to Prince Andrew and described it as a “really scary time". She said that Ghislaine Maxwell instructed her to “do for Andrew what I do for Jeffrey" after a nightclub visit. Prince Andrew denied her allegations but the Duke of York paid a financial settlement to his accuser and formally ended the civil case brought against him in the US in 2022.
Sjoberg also claimed that Prince Andrew groped her breast while they were seated on a couch inside Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan apartment in 2001.

The US Virgin Islands sought documents from Google’s Larry Page in its lawsuit against JPMorgan linked to Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking.

Virginia Giuffre also named billionaire hedge fund manager Glenn Dubin and said Maxwell asked her to give Dubin a ‘massage’. “And when they say massage, that means erotic, okay? That’s their term for it. I think there are plenty of other witnesses who can attest to what massage actually means. And I’m telling you that Ghislaine told me to go to Glenn Dubin and give him a massage, which means sex," Giuffre said, as per court documents, according to Forbes.
Giuffre claims Maxwell asked her to have sex with attorney Alan Dershowitz, politician Bill Richardson, the late MIT scientist Marvin Minsky, lawyer George J Mitchell and MC2 modelling agent Jean-Luc Brunel.
Nobel laureate Lawrence Krauss, Michael Jackson, magician David Copperfield, comedian Chris Tucker, actor Kevin Spacey, Victoria’s Secret magnate Les Wexner and model Naomi Campbell also reportedly visited ‘Epstein’s Island’.
