Recently, a user shared a video of a vendor preparing this bizarre dish on Instagram.

The footage kicks off with a vendor spreading a vibrant green batter onto a hot dosa tawa. This isn’t your typical batter; it is infused with paan. As he spreads the green mixture, he adds a layer of ingredients used to make a paan like dried fruits, tutti frutti, cherries, raisins, apricots, dates and figs to the dosa.

Next, he evenly distributes the ingredients to form a mixture. To complete the dish, he generously drizzles a substantial amount of paan syrup over the top, blending all the components into a rich, thick paste. Next comes the grated cheese over the entire batter. The dosa is then divided into four equal sections, each folded into the shape of a paan. Once plated, each folded dosa is topped with extra grated cheese and served alongside a side of paan syrup.

The caption shared along with the video read, “Paan aur dosa? Ye kya combination hai bhala ab ? Raipur mae milta hai ye (Paan and dosa? What kind of combination is that? Is it available in Raipur?).”
