Tanmay Bhat’s impressive transformation is grabbing everyone’s attention. The comedian and YouTuber’s most recent photo has gone viral, leaving social media users flabbergasted. The photo shared on X (formerly Twitter) shows Tanmay looking slimmer and more energetic, leaving users curious about his diet. In a hilarious twist, some even compared his new look to director Karan Johar. Meanwhile, a few users speculate that he could be on the Keto diet, while others say intermittent fasting is the key to his transformation.

Notably, Tanmay recently took to his Instagram Stories (which has now disappeared) to reveal the same. Although he didn’t share his precise diet, the comedian credited his weight loss to cardio sessions and yoga. He mentioned that instead of focusing on weight lifting or traditional workouts, he relied on these methods to achieve his results.

He wrote, “Quickest fat loss I’ve seen in a while – with more precise and almost lesser work." In a picture making rounds on the internet, Tanmay can be seen standing donning casual attire, laughing and glancing at his phone, with his long-time colleague Naveed Manakkodan.

Sharing the picture, X user wrote, “Tanmay bhai, diet batao apni please. This is such a great transformation. P.S – You look like Karan Johar here."

Reacting to the post, a user wrote, “I think he is in keto, but yeah IF has great results too."

An individual suggested, “Must be doing Intermittent Fasting maybe."

In 2023, Tanmay appeared on Kumar Varun’s YouTube show Random Musings to discuss his weight loss journey. He revealed that he weighed 168 kilos when he moved to Bengaluru but came down to 113 kilos by December. Although he tried various diet plans and ate healthy food, Tanmay discovered he didn’t enjoy weightlifting.

Tanmay claimed he focused more on physical activities he liked, such as playing badminton, which made working out enjoyable and motivating.

He prioritised his health and began scheduling certain training times each day, avoiding other responsibilities during this time.
