If you have ever gone for a walk on the beach, you must have seen garbage, shells, stones with strange designs, crabs, or some other creatures on the beach. Recently, when people were walking on a beach in America, they saw a creature that people thought was an alien. It was such a strange creature that its shape looked like a rock. Let’s know more about this rare creature. According to the report, this shocking incident happened recently at Hug Point State Park in Arch Cape, Oregon, USA. As people were walking on the beach, they found a strange creature lying on the beach. It was so strange that people thought it was an alien. It was actually an ocean sunfish, which is also called Mola Mola.

Reports suggest these creatures eat jellyfish and have a jelly-like substance under their skin, which helps them to swim in water. Their taste is so bad that many people do not like to eat them; however, they are eaten in countries like Taiwan and Japan. According to the report, the height of this fish is up to 6.9 feet and it can be up to 10 feet long. Their weight can be up to 2 thousand kilos.

The ocean sunfish or common mola (Mola mola) is one of the largest bony fish in the world. It is the type species of the genus Mola and one of five extant species in the family Molidae. Ocean sunfish may live up to ten years in captivity, but their lifespan in a natural habitat has not yet been determined.

Sunfish are not widely held in aquarium exhibits due to the unique and demanding requirements of their care. Some Asian aquariums display them, particularly in Japan. The Kaiyukan Aquarium in Osaka is one of few aquariums with Mola Mola on display, where it is reportedly as popular an attraction as the larger whale sharks.

Earlier a similar incident went viral: Kylie Morman, a beachgoer enjoying her morning walk on May 7, stumbled upon this astonishing object covered with a multitude of shell creatures. The discovery took place at Papamoa Beach in the Bay of Plenty, situated along the picturesque northern coast of the North Island, as per reports. According to the accounts shared by Kylie, the log was approximately 5 metres long and covered with sea creatures.
