MP Man Takes Ailing Grandfather to Hospital on Bike, Turns Rancho from '3 Idiots' into Reality

‘3 Idiots’ remains a timeless topic of conversation, continually sparking inspiration in countless ways. Rancho’s character, portrayed by Aamir Khan, imparts the timeless lesson of following one’s heart and embracing ‘fearlessness’ in life. Little did he know that his character would be taken to heart by a man from Madhya Pradesh, who, drawing from the film’s essence, embarked on a journey to rush his ailing grandfather to the hospital on his bike. Whether he truly saw himself as ‘Rancho’ or not remains unclear, but the scene, captured vividly on video, seemed straight out of the movie’s storyboard.

In the footage, the man boldly steers his motorbike into the Emergency ward of a hospital in Madhya Pradesh, his grandfather clinging on behind him with assistance from another individual. Amidst the hustle and bustle of the emergency ward, they navigate through, drawing surprised glances, before gently assisting the elderly man off the bike.

This unconventional spectacle, akin to a cinematic moment, unfolded at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel District Hospital in Satna, approximately 450 km from the state capital, Bhopal.

It was on Saturday night that the grandfather of a person named Neeraj Gupta fell ill, prompting a frantic journey to the Satna hospital on a motorcycle. A bystander questions the audacity of driving a vehicle into the hospital, to which the man defensively claims affiliation with the hospital. However, his justification fails to appease the skepticism of onlookers. The video concludes with the man manoeuvring his bike out of the ward, causing a brief stir among other patients.

He hastily returned to the hospital to check on his grandfather, as shown in the video.
