Man Discovers Buried Earthen Pot. Here’s What Happened Next

Stories of buried treasures have always captivated audiences and been passed down for generations as tales of hidden riches waiting to be discovered. Recently, a video circulated on social media depicted a man discovering several historical clay pots during excavation. As soon as the person broke one of the pots with a spade, he found a treasure that baffled the viewers. In the clip posted on Instagram, you can see a person digging a pit with a spade. As the clip moves forward, it features some pots buried inside the ground covered with sand. The person uses the spade on one of the pots and he can see some valuable items coming out from inside. They seemed like small gold coins, but it was not visible clearly. “Treasure hunt,” the video caption reads.

As soon as the clip was posted online, it captured the attention of the viewers prompting several reactions. Many people reacted that the video was fake, while some wished for their fortune. An Instagram user wrote, “Fake, they make these videos for likes only.” Another one wrote, “Why break the jar? It could have been used for archaeological research.”

One of the users wrote, “If it was true, this vase could be of great archaeological value.” Another comment read, “Broke a millennium pottery.” “No one destroys a national heritage like that, it is fake,” a person wrote. “Quite in-experienced explorers,” wrote another.

A person quipped, “That jar says Made in China somewhere.” One of the users commented, “You should have at least used a shovel instead of destroying the pot.”

Some users wished to god to bless them too with such valuable items. “God, make our fate too,” the comment read. The video was shared on Instagram on September 11 and has gathered around 8.8 million views till now.

This is not the first time a video of man discovering something valuable from the ground during excavation surfaced online. Earlier in August, a clip circulated on social media featuring a clay egg that was found during extraction.
