Hindi music lovers would agree that some songs are so infectious that their beats force you to the dance floor. One such is Kala Chashma from the movie Baar Baar Dekho. A video of an Assistant Professor’s impromptu and fun-filled dance on Kala Chashma from St Teresa’s College, Ernakulam has left the internet abuzz and is earning universal appreciation. Her video, shot by one of the kids, has received nearly 10 million views on Instagram, with rapper Badshah dropping a comment too.

Sharing the video, a student has written, “We got some coolest teachers.” The professor is identified as Arunima Devasish, who performs some spectacular moves, dressed in a saree and sneakers. She dances to the beats of the chartbuster Kala Chashma, while other professors follow suit. Her contagious energy on stage is well received by the students in the audience who can’t help but cheer for her.
Shared on July 29, the impromptu dance performance has received praise from Instagram users across the country with the comments section going wild. Moreover, it has received more than 8 lakh likes and has been shared more than 3 lakh times. Many users are commenting ‘Superb’ while many others highlight that the professor stole the show.
In the meantime, rapper and artist Badshah ‘marked his attendance’ in the comments. He said, “Present ma’am” and pasted an evil eye sign.
Even actress Sonam Bajwa reacted, “She is lit(emojis)”
A user humorously commented, “Is this dance teacher or subject teacher so confusing”.
