Food safety in India seems to be becoming a joke, as evident from the countless food contamination incidents shared on social media. Whether it’s food served on trains, in restaurants, or packaged in factories, no sector appears to be immune from contamination. Now, another alarming incident has come to the fore from a sweet shop in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad. A customer, who bought samosas from the shop, claimed to have found a frog leg in one of them. The police have reportedly arrested the shopkeeper and an investigation into the matter is underway.
