A man from Siwan, Bihar named Shahbaz Ali has dominated the headlines for training two pigeons, Badal and Tiger. According to Local 18 Bihar, Shahbaz is a pigeon fancier (people who breed pigeons) and hails from Chandpali village, Ziradei subdivision of Siwan district in Bihar. With rigorous training provided by Shahbaz, these pigeons are trained enough to be used for entertainment purposes. He talked more about this and said that both Badal and Tiger are pigeons of the Girebaaz Guldar breed. According to him, the training of both pigeons has been taking place for two months and they have earned their place in the trending section of many major news outlets.
Shahbaz said that he had purchased both pigeons from the same village and now they have become habitual to carry on with their daily activities only after listening to his commands. Badal and Tiger shot to the limelight after their reels went viral on Instagram. After the reels went viral, both of them have also come into the limelight. One of the reels in which Shahbaz has shown the antics of these pigeons garnered more than 20,000 views in a day, thus earning him the due spotlight.He said that both pigeons are fed with puffed grams and trained in isolation in the evening and morning.
This overwhelming popularity of both the pigeons has led to the people bidding for them in large numbers. The bidding price has gone up to Rs 20,000, but Shahbaz has no plans to sell Tiger and Badal, despite their massive fame. Earlier, he had also reared a pigeon named Sanju and its bidding rate has crossed the marker of Rs 1 lakh. He didn’t sell the pigeon, despite such a high rate. When asked about it, he said that there is no greater wealth than friendship. He cannot sacrifice years of companionship with the pigeons for just a few bucks.
