An elderly man who accepted a ride from two youngsters has now filed a case against them for maligning his image. The incident took place at Jivraj Park neighbourhood in Ahmedabad when the two youngsters offered a lift to Chiman Barot. The 78-year-old claimed that on February 9, he had gone to a nearby hospital to enquire about the treatment and hospital charges after his wife complained of knee pain. On his way back he was offered a ride by two men. As he was tired, he accepted the ride and they then got talking. Barot was unaware that he was being recorded. They later dropped Barot to his destination.
