We all know that eating healthy food and following a proper lifestyle help us stay fit. But now, due to busy lifestyles, many people indulge in improper diets, which leads to many health issues. However, recently, a piece of news came to light claiming that a person stayed fit by only drinking 250 grams of milk for the last 88 days.

According to reports, 40-year-old Tarakeshwar Mishra, a resident of Nagdah village in Madhubani district of Bihar, is alive after drinking only 250 grams of milk. He is one of the Hathayogis who has survived and is fit on only 250 grams of milk for the last 88 days.

Tarakeshwar Mishra lives in the village and has been fasting since February 18. Meanwhile, in recent media interactions, he said that he is currently indulging in sadhna for the temple of Lord Shani Dev. He wants to build a temple for Shani Dev at the same place where he is doing this sadhna in the village right now. Therefore, he constantly takes help from the villagers.

Some individuals have collaborated, but only partially, thus the temple cannot be built. As a result, he has indulged in practising Hatha Yoga and will continue to do so until the temple is fully completed.

Regarding the secret of staying healthy by drinking milk, he said that he is a worshiper of Shani Dev, and his sadhna is only for Lord Shani. He is not doing this yoga for anything wrong. He gets self-confidence from performing this sadhna, Tarakeshwar Mishra added.

Whatever the weather, situation or circumstances, Tarakeshwar Mishra visits this place to perform sadhana. Here, he rests in a tented house made of bamboo and also spends the night.

Meanwhile, he is currently seeking help from many people for the construction of the temple. He claims that the assistance received so far is insufficient. He needs additional finances to build the temple, Tarakeshwar Mishra further said. However, the idol has arrived, and the work is now being taken forward with the help of some villagers.
