After having embraced motherhood recently, TV actress Dipika Kakar has been enjoying the new phase of her life with her newborn son Ruhaan. The television actress, known for her role in the show ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ welcomed her firstborn, baby boy Ruhaan with her husband Shoaib Ibrahim in June this year. Since then, the couple has been enjoying their life with the newest member of the family. They also share glimpses of their son on social media, further giving a sneak peek into their lives as the couple has started getting back to the normal schedule.

Actress Dipika Kakar recently also took to her vlog and opened up on how she is getting back to her workout routine while sharing the joyous moment of her son turning four months old. The vlog also shows glimpses of the actress’ unmissable moments with her son.

Ruhaan turns four months old

While carrying her little boy in her arms, the actress shared her happy moment with fans, stating that her son turned 4 months old. She also spoke about Ruhaan’s outfit, which was received as a gift from his ‘bua’ (Saba) from Lucknow. She later also goes to her in-laws to share the news as they lovingly hold him and shower him with blessings and love.

Further, the actress excitedly also shared how there are a lot of changes in her little boy. “Every passing day, there is a little change. It is very overwhelming to see it as a mother. He talks a lot and now I understand what he likes and what he doesn’t," she added.

Dipika Kakar resumes her workout session

The vlog which begins with the little Ruhaan being carried in his stroller across the drawing room progresses to show the actress speaking about how Ruhaan enjoys moving around in his stroller and feels cosy in it. Also, revealing that her son turned 4 months old, the actress further added that she has started taking her workout sessions more seriously to come out from the lazy and lethargic phase.

“Earlier, I used to work out one day and then forget about it. But now, I feel like I should get serious and it is the right time. Ruhaan is now four months old and now it is the right time to start some activities so that my flexibility, fitness, energy, and everything else is maintained before I go into the lazy and lethargic zone.

Sharing more details about her exercises, the newbie mom shared that she does a few exercises on the stepper, especially after having gone through a C-section. “I have started maintaining my diet. Earlier, I used to eat everything from the outside, but now I try to eat healthy," she added.
