Today on the World Music Day, Sennheiser, has announced second edition of Sennheiser Top 50, a battle of Indian bands to showcase their talent and help them to create a place in the competitive growing music industry.
The registration period is between 20 June to 10 July 2016. The jury comprise of music stalwarts like Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Raghu Dixit, Papon and Ashish Manchanda.
The winner would get a Trophy, evolution wireless 500 G3 wireless microphones, HD 280 Pro and a 2 Year endorsement deal with Sennheiser. The runner ups would also get a mentoring session with renowned musicians.
Renowned composer and singer trio, Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy, said, “ It is a great platform for budding musicians to not just showcase their talent but also start their journey to become the next big thing in the music industry. We are expecting diverse talent across genres and can’t wait to start this journey!”
On the basis of registrations Top 100 would be listed and finally based on decision by Jury and the public votes, 5 bands would fight for ranking in Top 5 music bands of the country.
