New Delhi: To all those who had their hopes high up, Apple has clearly dismissed reports that it is working on a new software that would make it easier for iPhone users to transfer their data to an Android device.
Recent news reports indicated that the tech giant was developing a tool to let people more easily transfer their contacts, photos, music to an Android device when they wish to migrate to the alternative platform.
However, according to Re/code, the company dismissed the claims and a company representative said that, "There is no truth to this rumor", adding, "We are entirely focused on switching users from Android to iPhone, and that is going great.”
While there are no immediate plans to make it easier for users to go back or switch to the Android platform, Apple did release its first Android app to do just the reverse- help Android users migrate to the iPhone easily.
