Currently one in 25 households include a robot.
The "Worldwide Consumer Robotics: Markets & Strategies 2015-2020" report found that more contextually aware robots will lead to new approaches in chip design, such as IBM's TrueNorth, becoming more important. Sectors expected to boom are the healthcare and 3D printing industries.
