Apart from this, the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) will be fielding 11 candidates in the state, while the Republican Socialist Party and the All India Forward Bloc will be putting up two candidates each, Anjan, party's candidate from Ghosi, said.
Asked whether the front will support other parties in the state from where it is not contesting, Anjan said, "As far as extending support to any party is concerned, it is yet to be decided."
He said CPI General Secretary AB Bardhan will be launching party's election campaign in Uttar Pradesh from Ghosi on March 28.
