Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh on Monday said due to all-round development in Haryana, Congress will again form government in the state after the next Assembly elections, for the third time in a row.
"During the past eight years, Haryana had made tremendous progress in each and every field," Singh said while addressing a gathering after inaugurating an engineering College at Kalanaur in Rohtak district. "It is only through education that we can take our country forward and India has the maximum number of youths who are future builders of our country," he said.
The country has made appreciable progress in the field of education under the leadership of UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, he added.
