Digvijaya Singh said when BJP was in power, they had supported the FDI in retail.
Ajmer: Holding BJP responsible for the ongoing impasse in Parliament, Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on Saturday said it was adopting double standards on the FDI issue.
"When they (BJP) were in power, they had supported the FDI in retail. Now, they are opposing it," he said.
"This is double standards," the Congress General Secretary said.
Talking to reporters on the sidelines of a funciton in Ajmer, he alleged the BJP had always opposed reforms.
On the Bhanwari Devi abduction case, Singh said CDs of some BJP leaders also persist. He did not name the leaders.
Targeting RSS leaders, Singh said they did not want Parliament to function as they wanted to shift attention from investigations against RSS people for their "links with terror".
