Rahul Dravid’s son Samit starred with the bat for Karnataka in their Cooch Behar Trophy match against Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) on Wednesday.
Samit, who is just 18-year-old, scored a well-paced 98, helping Karnataka win by an innings and 130 runs, having chipped in with the bowl in his hand, picking up three wickets.
On Wednesday, a video went viral on social media, which showcased Samit’s cover drives.

Dravid has been visiting grounds across the country to watch his son play, when he is not on national duty.
The Indian men’s cricket team head coach Rahul Dravid, along with his support staff, were given contract extensions by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
Even though no duration of Dravid’s extension was specified nu BCCI, his previous contract was for 2 years which ended at the conclusion of the OID World Cup.
