Otis, Jean's House From 'Sex Education' is Up For Sale and it Costs This Whopping Amount
Otis' home from Sex Education is now up for sale and the amount will shock you.

The iconic riverside home that featured in the ‘Sex Education’ is now up for sale for an amount of 1.5 million pounds (over 15 crore). The house is the home of lead character Otis and his sex therapist mum Jean. According to reports, the stunning property is in Symonds Yat, overlooking the River Wye in Herefordshire. This house has been shown in almost every episode and has tons of memories. Safe to say that it has been a central location in the storyline.

For those who don’t know, the show follows the life of Otis. It is known for its honest discussion around topics that are usually considered taboo. Since it was first released, the show has garnered a massive fan following. After the end of its third season, many were waiting for the fourth season eagerly.

The home consists of five bedrooms and three bathrooms and is spread over three floors. It also has a custom-painted wood kitchen, a conservatory, a stone pizza oven, a lawn, a summer house, an orchard, and a Swedish hot bath. A post on Chalet’s Instagram said, ”After 21 years of ownership, we’ve decided to put our beautiful chalet up for sale.

Such a privilege to have been the custodian of this wonderful property.”

The description of the house states that the property has featured in many location shoots including the Channel 4 series, Extraordinary Escapes and globally acclaimed Netflix series, Sex Education. “The setting of The Chalet is quite exceptional with stunning views of the Wye Gorge from its completely hidden and wooded position,” it read.

Meanwhile, after the fourth season of Sex Education came out, many people expressed their dissatisfaction with the storyline. In fact, many have complained about the complete shift in storyline. “So #SexEducation final season was kind of disappointing but at least we had more Ruby screen time and kind of her own storyline. Apart from that, this season finale was forgettable,” wrote an ‘X’ user. Another person wrote, “#SexEducation Season 4 is sadly an underwhelming final installment for one of Netflix’s best. In a closing chapter that should focus on the shows favoured characters, relationships and threads, it instead finds itself focusing too much on new stories that don’t ever really develop.”
