iQOO 12 Launch: Smartphone brand iQOO is reportedly planning to launch its 12 series smartphones — iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 next month. According to the latest leak, the upcoming iQOO 12 series will arrive on November 7 in three new colour options.
Reports have suggested that the successor of iQOO 11 series will arrive with yet-to-be-announced Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and 4,880mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. The iQOO 12 is also expected to come with 24GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
“Known tipster on Weibo claimed that iQOO 12 and iQoo 12 Pro will debut in China on November 7. They are said to be available in black, red, and white colour options. Another leak, hinted the battery and charging details of the iQOO 12 lineup,” Gadgets360 reported.
According to the report, the vanilla iQOO 12 model will be backed by a large 4,880mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. On the other hand, the Pro model will pack a massive 4,980mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging support.
The iQOO 12 series is expected to offer triple camera setup on the rear side, comprising a 50MP with optical image stabilisation (OIS), 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 64MP telephoto sensor with 3x zoom and OIS support.
Earlier this year, the company launched the iQOO 11 flagship smartphone in India at Rs 59,999. The smartphone comes with top-end features like the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, a 2K display, running on Android 13 OS, and a massive 5,000 mAh battery among others.
The iQOO 11 5G features the custom V2 imaging chip. In terms of camera, the smartphone has a 50MP primary sensor, a 13MP portrait sensor, and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor at the rear side of the device.
For video calls and selfies, the iQOO 11 gets a 16MP camera on the front. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 120 fast charging support and you get the charger in the box.
