GATE 2024: Objections may be raised by candidates at gate2024.iisc.ac.in between February 22 and 25. The scorecards will be available from on March 23

The answer key challenge window for the Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE) 2024 has been opened today, February 22, by the Indian Institute of Science Bengaluru (IISc Bengaluru). Objections may be raised by candidates who have taken the exam by visiting the official website, gate2024.iisc.ac.in. The official website released the GATE solution key 2024 along with the question paper for every topic on February 19. Between February 22 and February 25, candidates may voice their rejection of the answer key. The scorecards will be available starting on March 23 and the GATE results for 2024 will be announced on March 16.

GATE 2024 ANSWER KEY: HOW TO RAISE OBJECTIONS

Step 1: Visit the official site of IIT GATE at gate2024.iisc.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on GATE 2024 Answer Key link available on the home page.

Step 3: Login to the student account and check the answer key.

Step 4: Select the question to be challenged and raise the objections with supporting documents.

Step 5: Make the payment of the GATE 2024 objection fees and click on submit.

Step 5:Download the GATE 2024 confirmation page and keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

According to the institute, “The order in which the questions and options have appeared on the candidate console in the examination may be different from the order in which they appear in the Master Question Paper.” To address any additional questions, it has also requested that the candidates submit a thorough complaint to the helpdesk email along with their registration number. Candidates should be aware that the institute has also posted shift-by-shift answer keys for exams administered over several days or shifts.

The GATE 2024 was administered on February 3, 4, 10, and 11. The exam consisted of thirty papers with numerical answer type (NAT), multiple choice (MCQ), and multiple select (MSQ) questions. The test consisted of two sections: General Aptitude and Candidate-selected Specific Subjects. The exam lasted three hours and was administered in two shifts. The first shift ran from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM., followed by the second session from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
