AP TET 2024 Answer Key Released at aptet.apcfss.in; Steps to Raise Objection

The Department of School Education in Andhra Pradesh has released the answer keys of the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test or AP TET 2024. Candidates can access the answer key by visiting the official website at aptet.apcfss.in. The department has also released the response sheet. Candidates need to log in with their application number and date of birth to access the answer key. The exam was conducted from February 27  in two sessions — one from 9:30 am to 12 noon and the other from 2:30 pm to 5 pm. It will go on till March 9.

AP TET 2024 Answer Key: How to Check and Raise Objection?

Step 1: Visit the official website of AP TET — aptet.apcfss.in.

Step 2: Click on the answer key link on the homepage. The question paper and answer keys of each paper will appear on the screen. Click on the required answer key to view the same. It will appear on the screen in a PDF format.

Step 3: To raise objection to the answer key, candidates need to enter the required credentials.

Step 4: Select the question you want to raise objection to. Submit substantial documents and pay the required fees. Submit.

Step 5: Download and keep a hard copy of the page for future reference.

There are two papers in the exam. Candidates who qualify for paper 1 will be eligible to teach in classes 1 to 5 and the candidates who clear paper 2 will be eligible to teach classes 6 to 8. To qualify for AP TET 2024, candidates must secure 60 per cent or above marks. For candidates belonging to the BC category, are required to secure 50 per cent and above marks, while SC, ST, differently abled, ex-servicemen category candidates are required to attain 40 per cent and above marks.

The exam is held for a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes. It consists of 150 MCQs. Paper 1 is divided into five sections — child development and pedagogy, language 1, English, mathematics, and environmental studies. A total of 30 MCQs worth one mark are included in each section. Paper 2 is divided into five sections — child development and pedagogy, language 1, English, and subjects relating to the elected stream. There are 30 multiple-choice questions in the first three sections and 60 in the final segment.
