Rishi Saxena And Sayali Sanjeev To Reunite For Upcoming Marathi Film Samsara
The story of Samsara has a strong mythological connection and is based on a war between Devas and Asuras.

Marathi TV soap Kahe Diya Pardes did not have a successful run, and ended after just 478 episodes. The show began airing in March 2016 and ended in September 2017, with an unusually short span of just one and a half years. Although the reception to the show was not exceptionally positive, the lead couple that was introduced in it became household names. Rishi Saxena and Sayali Sanjeev acted as the lead pair, Shivkumar Shukla and Gauri Sawant.

It was the debut venture for both actors, who later appeared in other projects. Fans missed the chemistry between them in Kahe Diya Pardes. But they will not regret this any longer as Rishi and Sayali are coming together for a new project. No, it is not another TV daily soap but a full feature length movie titled Samsara. The shooting of the film was completed recently.

The film is directed and written by Sagar Lohe and produced by Pushkar Yogesh Gupta. The music has been scored by Vishvesh Vaidya.

The story of Samsara has a strong mythological connection and is based on a war between Devas and Asuras. An Asura wants to destroy the divine twins of Bhanvi, who is expecting to lay his eyes on her, resulting in a battle between Gods and Asuras. The story of Yama, the god of death and Yami, the goddess of life will also be explored in the film.

Samsara is the first big project where Rishi and Sayali are appearing together since Kahe Diya Pardes. It is interesting to note that they have already worked together in a music video in between. Both the actors were seen in the music video of the hit single track Lajira. The song featured them in a traditional look and the artists for the song were Keval Walanj and Sneha Mahadik.
