Ranbir Kapoor has been ruling the headlines since the Animal trailer was released. He has left all his fans impressed with his new avatar in the film. Now, everyone is waiting for its release which is on December 1. Advance booking has also opened and response is also great. In the film, there are many violent and intense scenes but do you know who helped the actor in doing all the intense scenes? Ranbir in an interview spilled the beans and said it was none other than his wife Alia Bhatt.
Ranbir, in a video shared by Reddit, has admitted that he was apprehensive about doing the intense scenes. In the clip, as mentioned by The Indian Express, he said, “Alia and me speak so much about each other’s work. I really respect her as an artiste and I really respect her mind and how she thinks. Every scene or everyday when I going to shoot the film, I would discuss it with her and she has helped me with so many scenes. She has helped me with scenes where I was scared as an actor that ‘Is it sounding too wrong?”
He also added, “I have never pushed the boundaries so much as a character. I have always tried to portray goodness on the screen. She played that barometer, saying, ‘Listen it is fine. It’s a character and it is making sense. There is an idea and thought behind it.’ She has been a strong support when this film is concerned.”

Coming to the trailer, it shows Ranbir Kapoor’s troubled relationship with his father Balbir (played by Anil Kapoor) and how it changes (for better or worse). Ranbir Kapoor’s character has idolised his father ever since childhood but his love has never been reciprocated. It would be fair to say that Ranbir’s villain arc begins at home.
Animal marks Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s second directorial venture in Bollywood, after Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh. Animal marks the first collaboration between Sandeep and Ranbir. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on December 1. The film revolves around the problematic relationship between a father and son.
